Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time
As we work with international suppliers, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location, after processing. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate of $1.99 applies at checkout — shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after it is issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Spark Nest Paws is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sparknestsolutions@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for 30 days past the estimated delivery window, contact us for a resolution (reshipment or refund, at our discretion).
